The mission of the Indian Family Health Clinic is to support and strengthen individual, family, and community health by providing high-quality, comprehensive health care services to Urban Indians in the Great Falls area.
Vision Statement
Our long-term vision is to become a model organization for promotion and delivery of health care services to Native Americans.
The Indian Family Health Clinic seeks to:
- Serve as a community health resource center, offering education and state of the art care for conditions that are a particular threat to our community, i.e., substance abuse and diabetes
- Serve as a health resource for the Great Falls community and tribal communities
- Serve as a model Urban Indian Health Program that is supported by diverse funding sources and that has positive collaborative relations with local community organizations, tribes, and IHS service units/offices
The Indian Family Health Clinic envisions an organization with a respected, supported, stable and professional staff that offers a wide range of health promotion programs/health care services and opportunities for internships, mentoring, research and education/professional development.
