Membership Agreement
When you join the Indian Family Health Clinic's Fitness and Wellness Center, you are agreeing to a membership for a time period specified on your membership agreement. Payment of an annual initial fee and monthly fees is a requisite to receiving membership status.

Membership Classifications
| AEROBIC: |
A member allowed to use the weight room with an emphasis on the cardiovascular room. |
| WEIGHTS: |
A member allowed to use the cardiovascular room with an emphasis on the weight room. |
| WHITE-COLLAR BOXERS: |
A boxing club member allowed to use the aerobic and weight rooms. These members use boxing as a means for fitness, with no intention of fighting amateur or professionally. |
| CLUB BOXERS: |
A boxing club member allowed to use the aerobic and weight rooms. These members are under a "Professional Boxer" (fight for profit) status. |
| AMATEUR BOXERS: |
A boxing club member allowed to use the aerobic and weight rooms. These members are under an "Amateur Boxer" status, meaning they compete as boxers, but not for profit.for the glory! |
